Phase Two (Statutory) Consultation

Our Phase Two (Statutory) Consultation is now closed, having run for six weeks from Wednesday 19th March to Wednesday 30th April 2025.

This statutory phase of consultation was is intended to give you the opportunity to comment on our updated proposals and how they have evolved since the initial consultation. We will use the feedback we receive to inform and shape a strong set of proposals that are sensitive to and respect the concerns of local communities.

We will acknowledge and record all the comments submitted to us during consultation, taking them into consideration to help inform our decisions as we evolve and finalise our proposals.

Information events

We held a series of information events across the area, as well as a community webinar. These events provided an opportunity to view materials, discuss the updated proposals with members of the project team, and provide feedback.

Consultation materials

The documents page of this website includes all the relevant documents we consulted on during this phase of consultation, including the Preliminary Environmental Information Report, which includes results from our ongoing environmental surveys, the draft Design Approach Document, and the draft Policy Compliance Document.

Feedback received during this phase of consultation could be provided in a variety of ways. To submit feedback, interested parties could:

Information Events

We held a series of information events, which provided an opportunity for you to view our proposals and discuss them in person with members of the project team.

All materials that were on display at our information events, including the community consultation leaflet, feedback form, and exhibition boards, are also available to view on our documents page.
